Cancellation Policy

Booking requests 48 hours or more before the start time will be automatically approved. Inside 48 hours, bookings must be manually confirmed. Cancellations 4 Days+ Out: Full Refund minus CC fees. Cancellations 3 Days or less: 50% Refund (deposit not returned)* *No cancellation fee if you re-book/re-schedule. If you need to re-schedule, please reach out to us via booking@raintownstudio.com. Please note: quoted rate during booking does not include any equipment rented on site. Equipment fees will be charged upon arrival.
