Cancellation Policy

Cancellations 1 Week+ Out: Full Refund minus CC fees. Cancellations less than a week: No Refund.* *No cancellation fee if you re-book/re-schedule. If you need to re-schedule, please reach out to us via booking@raintownstudio.com. Please note: quoted rate during booking does not include any equipment rented on site. Equipment fees will be charged upon arrival.
